Shipping & Returns

Please note that we only ship orders to Australian postal addresses. Shipping overseas will incur additional charges. If you require products to be shipped to an overseas postal address please contact us on 1300 388 774 to discuss your requirements.

Shipping Charges

We ship all orders by Australia Post. We charge a $10.00 flat fee on all orders under $100.00. Any order that is $100.00 or more is shipped FREE. However, we do reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for international, large items and commercial orders. Please note that if an order is requested to be mailed Express Delivery additional charges will apply. The additional cost will depend on the total weight of the order. It is therefore advisable, to telephone us on our toll free number 1300 388774 to discuss your requirements.

Shipping Method

We use Australia Post eParcel for all deliveries. Australia Post eParcel service is a door to door service. Your order can be delivered to all residential, business and PO box address. If shipping has been requested to a business address please ensure that you advise of the business name. Please note that all orders must be signed for on delivery. If you are not present when your order is delivered a delivery postal card will be placed in your mail box, notifing you of where your parcel can be collected, which will include the nearest post office.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed with us, if the item/s is in stock. Please allow 10-28 working days for your order to arrive.

Insurance For all deliveries

Australia Post Insurance does not cover losses resulting from parcels being left at the delivery address unattended. We strongly recommend, that you do not request for your parcel to be left at the delivery address, if no one is present. As our parcels are delivered through Australia Post, you can pick up and sign for all deliveries at your local post office.

Incorreclty Addressed Orders

Home Addiction uses an ordering system that has been integrated with the Australia Post E Parcel system. Customers are advised to ensure that the supplied delivery address is correct, as parcels that have the incorrect address will automatically be returned to Home Addiction, at a cost for additional postage and $10 administration fee, payable by the customer. It is also important to note that shipping fees are non-refundable in most circumstances unless the product has been delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

Order Status and Tracking

You can follow your order status from the My Account section of our website. Once your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will provide you with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the status of your order at http://auspost.com.au/track.

Returns Policy

The chances are extremely good that you will be satisfied with your purchase from us. However, it's a good idea to have a returns policy in place should something unforseen happen.

Goods Arrive Damaged ?

If for any reason should your goods arrive damaged or inoperative, we will do everything possible to fix the issue, and do our upmost to correct things as quickly as possible. Just call us on our toll free number - 1300 388 774 or alternatively email us at sales@homeaddiction.com.au . We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Home Addiction. If the condition of the product is damaged or faulty rest assured we shall do every possible to fix the problem.

Changed Your Mind ?

If you have received a product from us and it isn't damaged and it operates perfectly okay, but you have changed your mind and do not want to retain the product. Then simply return the product to us unused, in its original packaging and within 30 days. In these cases the customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to Home Addiction.

Commercial Orders ?

Any commercial orders that are specially ordered or have been received, but you have changed your mind and decided that you do not want the products, can be returned. However, please be advised, that any orders that are returned will incure a 20% handling fee and all freight cost that are incured for returning the order to us shall be your responsibility.

Have a Warranty Claim ?

With regards to warranty claims, we shall do everything possible to ensure your claim is processed as smooth as possible. We have a great relationship with all our suppliers, and will work directly with them to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner.

Every purchase needs to end on a note that you the customer is satisfied with. We shall do everything to make sure this happens.
